We are over-committing and under delivering.

It’s so common and ingrained in our work and life that we don’t even see it anymore.

And we don’t have anyone to hold accountable for that other than ourselves.

Far too many yes’s are being said each day.

Too many inputs.

Too many shiny objects.

Too many possibilities.

Keep your options limited to those that truly align to what you want in your life and work.

Remember… A yes has to be a HELL YES.

Otherwise it’s likely an ‘I should’.. and should’s don’t produce exceptional results.

Or it may be ‘this would be nice’… And nothing amazing comes from ‘would be’.

Say more “NO”.

Move along.

Give your YES’s all the attention they deserve so they become what they can be.
